Bal Mal Bandwagon Rolls On

 In Latest News

Bal Mal notched a four timer and a fifth win from his last six starts when winning a sprint handicap at Chepstow on Tuesday. The ultra tough little three year old is in the form of his life and showed real determination to fend off his rivals under Danny Redmond.

After strong early fractions were set Bal Mal sat just on the heels of the leader. When that horse started to drift left two furlongs from home his rider switched him between horses and Bal Mal put his head down and battled hard. He hit the front a furlong from home but the chasing pack were never far away. Bal Mal was not to be denied though and just held on by a neck at the line. He has been a real pleasure to train this season and his improvement may not have stopped just yet.
